The following list provides useful resources for different situations:
- Information about courses, program requirements, regulations, and administrative procedures: consult ºÚÁÏÉç's Course Calendars.
- Important dates and deadlines: consult the Key Dates website.
- Help with Minerva registration: If you need help with Minerva or make a mistake while registering, refer to the registration troubleshooting page for a list of common errors and how to solve them. We're here to help
If you've read through the information on this site and you're still uncertain about what you need to do, don't worry — it's completely normal for students to seek assistance and advice as you register for courses and plan your degree. In fact, it's usually a good idea to seek advice, whether you think you need it or not!
Seeking advising
- For new students, the Accepted website will help prepare you for your first year.
- If you can't figure out where to ask your question or who to speak to, What Advisors Do can help by referring you to the right person or office.
- Take a look at the advisor directory to find an advisor in your department or Faculty.
Throughout your degree
It's recommended that you check in with the advisor for each of your programs at least once a year, to make sure that you're meeting your program requirements and to discuss any questions that you might have.
If you're in a degree where you're completing only one specific program (ex.: Nursing), this may mean only speaking with one advisor in your Student Affairs Office. If you're in a degree such as Arts, where you're completing multiple Major/Minor/Honours programs, you'll need to contact a departmental advisor in each of those programs seperately.
At any time, if you're having difficulty, you can always contact any of your program advisors or an advisor in your Faculty for assistance.
