Rihana Msadek
Rihana Msadek is a Customer Engineer in AI and ML and Generative AI specialist at Google Cloud in Montreal. She has over 7 years of experience in the field of artificial intelligence, with a focus on customer success.
Previously, she worked at IBM in various roles, including Data Science Lead, Tech Lead, and Engagement Lead. She is also a speaker at multiple data and AI conferences. Rihana holds two Master's degrees in Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence and has a mini-MBA from Kelley School of Business with a focus on entrepreneurship and sales.
She is passionate about using AI to solve real-world problems. She has worked on a variety of projects and implemented 60+ MVPs for customers from different industries: Financial, Education, Governmental, Retail, Engineering, etc. In her personal life, Rihana loves to travel and has studied and worked in four different countries. She is passionate about education and has partnered with the Government of Quebec to build an AI course that is taught in all high schools in Quebec.
