RETL : Introduction to business strategy and stakeholders. Balanced scorecard and corporate social responsibility. Analytical methods to manage the other stakeholders in a firm – owners, employees, and the public. Introduction to stakeholder theory and tools that managers can use to discriminate between the various choices to maximize stakeholder value and balance between competing stakeholder needs. Organizational culture and structure. Conflict management. Financial reporting. Inventory reporting. Budgeting. Taxation. Financial decision making.
