Overview

Organizational Behaviour : An overview of organizational behaviour theories related to compensation management. Policies and practices relative to compensation and its relationship with motivation are discussed. Topics such as feedback loops and job evaluation; salary scales; performance-based pay; special employee groups and pay equity law will be covered using real world case studies.
