Overview

Organizational Behaviour : Basic components of effective health and safety policies, programs and current legislation (CSST, WHMIS, safety committees) focusing on proactive management to ensure employees have clearly defined accountabilities for accident prevention: hazardous materials, loss prevention, workers' compensation claims, employee assistance plans, work life quality, preventative health issues, and ergonomic standards.
