  is the Liaison Librarian for History\, Classics\, Indigenous Studies\, an
 d Religious Studies at the 黑料社 Library. Kristen has a PhD in
  History and a keen interest in food history.\n\nMarcy聽Goldman聽is a Montre
 al-based cookbook author and professional trained pastry chef (as well as 
 a 黑料社 English Literature grad!) She's a contributor to the Washington P
 ost\, Costco Magazine and hosts her own baking site\, Betterbaking.com sin
 ce 1997. Currently she is at work on a new cookbook on breads which will b
 e her 15th cookbook title.\n
